The current distance electronic learning in the country may need a lot of supervision by parents and guardians the fact that the learners especially in the rural areas are not used to the system that does not allow the physical presence of a teacher, Mr. Isingoma Isebahasa Kighenge, a parent in Kyalhumba has observed.

According to Mr. Kighenge, teaching on TVs and radio stations is well conducted but their children in the rural areas were not following just because there are normally no teachers in their amidst during class time.
