A team of officials from the Prime Minister’s office has reportedly inspected a piece of land in Bwenanule –Kinyabakazi in Muhokya Town Council that is intended to settle permanently the disaster victims encamped in Muhokya, Kasese guide radio can reliably report.
Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, the Kasese district local council five chairperson who led the team to over 400 hectors of land belonging to Maktibu Trading Company limited described the tour as a plan in the right direction, adding that legal moves were to be made soon of the required 200 actors. The Chairperson Local council one for Bwenanule, Mr. Lawrence Bwambale told this radio that there were scores to settle between the current occupants of the land and Maktibu trading company limited now that the former contests the time the later leased the land.
