By Peter Masereka,
Over three hundred foot Pilgrims of Hope have this morning set-off from Nsenyi Parish to Kasese Cathedral Parish ahead of tomorrow’s entrance through the Door of Hope, with a call on Christians to be hopeful in all they do.
Speaking to our reporter last evening, Rev. Fr. Hilary Katsetsere, the team leader said they were to have Holy Mass at 5am at the parish today before starting their holy journey that will be welcomed by a stopover at Muhokya Catholic Church for an evening Mass.
Fr. Hillary commended the Late Pope Francis who opened the year of Hope and the Bishop of the Diocese of Kasese Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira for clearing a especial place at the Cathedral to give a chance for those who can’t travel to Rome. Fr. Hilary speaking1……..
Rev. Fr. Hilary who argued Christians against losing hope and giving way to Satan, called for support by Christians he asked to keep in prayer for the holy journey. Fr. Hillary speaking 2…..
This month of the Door of Hope pilgrimage will be animated by Nsenyi Parish and Katsungiro Pastoral centre. END
