The Deputy Mayor Kasese Municipality Mr. Peter Baluku has asked the community to improvise and use sign language for people living with disabilities (PWDS) in Kasese district in order for them to understand the presidential directive against COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio at his offices in Kasese town this afternoon, Mr. Peter decried that PWDS in urban areas have access to information through television unlike those that are staying in rural areas.
He appealed to family members to improvise time and pass information to the vulnerable people in their homes.

He asked Kasese district Corona Virus taskforce to include a representative for persons living with disability to address their concerns. ENDS
