The former Kasese Municipal Member of Parliament, Hon. Robert Centenary has described the saving culture as the future of the individual citizens and the nation.
Mr. Centenary who was handing thirty million shillings to Railway Ward in Kasese Municipality`s loans scheme beneficiaries he asked to be focused to the saving culture.
He is optimistic that the lives of the local; population would be improved should the community go by the culture of borrowing, refunding in time and saving. Hon. Centenary speaking……….

Earlier, reports indicated that the money was lobbied by the Mr. Centenary from the Rwenzori Luwero development program and each parish selected will be given thirty million shillings. END.
