Production of both crops and animals in Kasese district remains low partly because the community takes agriculture basically for domestic purposes..
The former Maliba subcounty Chairperson, Mr. Rabson Magoma called for improved agricultures practices adding that low productivity can also be blamed to un professional methods of farming and animal keeping, coupled with poor seed and animal brands that do not allow agriculturalists to reap enough like in other areas in Uganda.
