A twenty eight year-old man has been killed by a suspected crocodile on Lake Edward in Katwe-Kabatooro town council in Kasese district.
No official report yet from police but Mr. Oggi Thembo, our news contact in the area, said the late Landaus Mumbere, who hailed from Bulighisa village in Kisinga subcounty in Kasese district, was badly attacked and most of his body parts eaten up by the reptile.
Mr. Oggi who warned fishermen against fishing from the restricted breading areas that are dominated by Crocs, said the incident followed another where suspected man eating reptiles attacked and killed a fisher man last week. Mr. Oggi speaking………
