Kasese Chief Magistrate’s Court has released on bail Mzee Johnson Bwambale Isebaswagha and others for mediation for a last solution over a case of criminal trespass on disputed Kirembe land in Kasese Municipality.
Court presided over by the Grade one Magistrate, His Worship, Faishal Ngamijje heard that this year while in Kirembe cell in Kasese Municipality, Mzee Isebaswagha and others, trespassed on a disputed piece of land where the accused and Nyakatonzi Cooperative Union claim ownership.
His Worship Faishal asked both parties to try mediation out of court over the matter that shouldn’t otherwise waste court time and resources.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after his court bail, Mzee Isebaswagha attributed his release to the mercies of God whose powers will give light to the matter. Mzee Isebaswagha speaking1………
He used same opportunity to ask those involved to be calm and let the law take precedence. END
