    Court of Appeal sitting in Kampala yesterday completed hearing and adoption of conferencing Notes between Hon.Gideon Thembo Mujungu the Busongora south MP and former Legislator, Hon.Jackson Mbaju Kathika.

    Presiding over hearing the three Judges of the court of appeal led by, Hon. Justice Engonda Ntende, Hon. Justice Christopher Madram Zama and Hon. Lady Justice Luswata completed hearing and received all conferencing Notes by both parties waiting to deliver Judgment.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after court, the former Member legislator, Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika said his lawyer, counsel Jude Byamukama from Jude and Byamukama co. advocates, told Court that whereas the High court indicates that they was no evidence of reported  Irregularities on three controversial polling stations, he had evidence through affidavits.Hon. Mbaju on appeal……

    Hon. Gideon Thembo Mujungu through his lawyers, Counsel Kenneth Sebabi from springs and co. Advocates together with Counsel Mugabi Silasi from Mugabi and shark advocates told court of appeal that Hon. Kathika lack substantial evidence over the alleged irregularities.
