Hon. Karimu Baluku, the newly appointed Kasese district secretary for works and technical services has pledged to indiscriminately execute his duties to enable the Muhindi leadership realize her dream to ably deliver services.
Addressing council sitting held at Kasese youth polytechnic institute yesterday, made use of section 18 caps 43 of the local government act that gives him the powers to appoint secretaries of committees, thus, replacing Hon. Ham Natuhwera with Hon. Girivazio Monday as the district vice chairperson among others.
Speaking to Kasese Guide radio this morning, Hon. Karimu who commended Mr. Muhindi and his electorates of Rugendabara-Kikongo town council in Kitswamba subcounty for the mandate to represent the local residents, pledged to fulfill his roles with transparency for the good of the district.
