High Court Deputy Registrar at Kasese, His Worship Ivan Nkwasibwe has asked members of the community to embrace the need of solving disputes out of court to minimize conflicts, costs and time wastage.
During a locus in quo at Unique Valley Primary school to resolve the land ownership conflict between the school, the tenant in this case and Nyakatonzi Cooperative Union, the land lord, His Worship Nkwasibwe said the two worrying parties know the truth about the matter at hand and resolving it out of court, would save court’s time and resources, as well as creating harmony.
