Mr. Cleous Bwambale, a concerned citizen in Bukonzo County East in Kasese District has tasked the Muhindi leadership to explain the cause for the stalled construction works of the bridge on Rwembya river in Kisinga town council in Kasese district.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio over the weekend, Mr. Cleous, an intending contestant for the Bukonzo County East parliamentary seat, said road communication had turned costly and time wasting for the local community members over the incomplete bridge whose construction couldn’t have started by government according him, without enough funds to complete the works.
