The Directorate of Crime Intelligence has confirmed the arrest of the suspected murderer of the Ndiga clan leader, Eng. Daniel Bbosa.
Mr. Lujja Tabula, who has been hiding since February 25, 2024 when the late Eng. Bbosa was shot to death at Lungujja, Rubaga Division, in Kampala, was arrested yesterday in his hideout in Busukuma.
Police Spokesperson, ASP Kituuma Rusoke, via an X post confirmed Tabula’s arrest.
Mr. Tabula who had reportedly been fighting to dethrone Eng. Bbosa whom he accused of illegally serving as Ndiga clan leader, was named by one of the shooters, Noah Lujja that he hired them to kill the deceased over clan leadership wrangles.
Mr. Tabula once dragged Eng. Bbosa to Buganda Kingdom court where he emerged victorious but the deceased appealed against the ruling to the Kabaka as the supreme judge on such matters.
Unfortunately, the Kabaka became ill and Eng. Bbosa was killed before his Majesty’s verdict. ACP Rusoke said Mr. Tabula, the Prime suspect, is also wanted in connection with the discovery of 17 human skulls at his residence in Mpigi. ENDÂ
