The retired Bishop of the Full Gospel Church of Uganda, James Hakiza has called for priority to routine medical checks by Church leaders whom he said pass through stressing moments in fulfilling their pastoral duties.
He also said it was a plan in the right direction for all people of God to empress routine medical checks if their medication was to be easier and cost effective.
Addressing mourners during the requiem service for the fallen retired Church Overseer, Rev. Asanasio Bwambale Syabughangise on Tuesday, Hakiza said routine medical examination will not only tame non-communicable diseases mainly but also made it easier and possible for medics to track and do a good job.
