    Child labor have increased along Nyamwamba River in Kasese.

    Authorities in Kanyangeya main cell in Kasese Municipality are concerned by the rising number of children who have taken to various forms of labor along Nyamwamba River.

    The VHTs team leader for Kanyangeya main cell, Mr.Hannington Makuha reported that most parents of children engaged in illegal fishing in River Nyamwamba have kept silent to earn a living.

    A Senior one student at Kasese Humanist Primary school, Mr. Isaac Kule who had Just caught five fish species from River Nyamwamba told our reporter yesterday, that fishing activities begun way back 2013, when Nyamwamba first busted its banks.Mr.Isaac on fish species…
