    Chance Kahindo has pledged to revive composite manure plant to have a green town.

    The FDC Flag bearer for the Kasese Municipal Mayoral seat, Mr. Chance Kahindo has pledged to revive composite Manure Plant in a bid to have a clean and green town.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after his campaign meeting at Kilembe Quarters playground in Kasese town, Mr. Chance who thinks tendering garbage collection would enhance supervision, pledged to lobby the National Environment Management Agency for more funds to make functional the Manure Composite plant that would employ casual laborers but also enhance collection.     Earlier, Mr. Chance who was a councilor in the then Kasese town council at the apex of public land sale later pledged to establish Green Belt and Children`s Park to promote leisure and tourism.
