The Nyakatonzi sub-county Chairperson in Kasese district, Mr. Suizin Bukenya has threatened to arrest cattle keepers grazing their animals on gardens with little food the local population could in future feed on after several infliterations by suspected elephants that have left many farmers almost with nothing.
Speaking to Kasese guide Radio yesterday, Mr. Bukenya asked the office of the Kasese RDC to consider some of his electirates on relief food distribution said that he was to arrest any cattle keeper gazing on a garden that has food crops after most of it was destroyed by wild beasts.
