Cases of mental disorder in Kasese district are likely to be on the increase should no practical inventions against drug addictions be put in place.
Addressing mourners at Kilembe Quarters shortly after the requiem Mass of Late Maria Kabugho Sausi yesterday(06th.June.2022), Mr. Martin Safari also blames the increasing cases of crime to street kidding and drug abuse, the vises that must be dealt with squarely before it’s too late.
Mr. Safari who called for joint efforts against the arrogant and deadly street kids said other than forcing some community members for valuables, they spend most of their time on gums used to mend shoes, mixed with petrol, a situation he said could in the near future result into mental cases.Mr. Safari speaking..……
