Mr. Erias Byamungu, the Kasese Chief Administrative officer, has vowed to camp at the ministry of education and sports headquarters until Saad Memorial Secondary School gets a head teacher and a Deputy.
Speaking to our Reporter at his office yesterday, Mr. Byamungu who also said he was to investigate the reported cold wars between the teachers and the school administration over land use, added that his camping at the ministry headquarters was to call for urgent response by the Permanent Secretary he says has gone silent over the matter than expected. Mr. Byamungu later said he was organizing a meeting to analyze the interests of the founding body, old students, staff, the community and government to minimize confusion at the first secondary school in Kasese district. Mr. Byamungu speaking2……..
