The Kasese district Chief administrative officer, Mr. Elias Byamungu has threatened a breakdown into what he called the five hot spots in the mismanagement of the Parish Development Model funds in the district.
In letter addressed to Kirabaho –Kabatunda town council where he has organized a community baraza on Friday over suspicions of corruption, Mr. Byamungu listed the hot spots as, Mweya parish and some parishes in Nyakiyumbu subcounty where unregistered people reportedly received funds, including doubles shares.
