    Canter failed to break on a steep slope in Kyabarungira Sub County, about 50 survived death

    About fifty people survived death last evening after a Canter in which they were traveling in failed to break on a steep slope in Kyabarungira Sub County, Kasese district.

    Railway ward woman councilor in Kasese Municipality, Hon.Sisiria Biira confirmed the information saying it was a battle between life and death at the scene.

    She said the residents had gone to attend Burial of a child to one of their neighbors in Railway ward at their ancestral home in Kyabarungira Sub County.

    Eight people received serious injuries with some admitted at Mt.St.Marys hospital diocese of Kasese with fractured legs.
