    Bwera Taxi drivers in Kasese taxi park have demanded 15m to help them in two weeks for Quarantine.

    Bwera Taxi driver operating in Kasese taxi Parkhave demanded over Fifteen million shillings from their savings to help them during the two weeks government Quarantine over COVD-19.

    Mr. Augustine Masereka one of the drivers told Kasese guide radio yesterday, that they are demanding the money to help them meet some the demands of their families.

    Another Driver Mr. Julius Masereka threatened to mobilize his fellows in an attempt to lock the office of the chairperson Bwera stage Kasese Taxi Park Mr. Rey Robert should he fail to provide the money in time.

    Earlier, the Chairperson Kasese taxi drivers SAACO, Mr.Karutaro Muhammad alias papa Kyugi asked drivers to calm down, saying the SACCO treasurer were in the process of verifying individual accounts.

    The Chairperson Bwera stage- Kasese Taxi Park, Mr. Rey said he had called a crisis meeting this morning over the matter.
