Mr. Wilfred Baluku Kamusedee, the Kasese Municipal physical planner has threatened to drag back to High Court local developers who will fail to have the approved building plans with in sixty days as directed by High court at Fort-portal city.
High court last week ruled that more than thirty structures built without plans in Kasese Municipality should not be demolished but rather the defendants should apply and have approved plans within 60days.
According to Mr. Wilfred, the defendants before the High court have a role to apply and have their building plans approved within 60 days or the municipal leadership goes ahead to petition court over noncompliance. Mr. Wilfred speaking1…….
