Kasese District woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Florence Kabugho has urged boys to embrace vocational skills than leaving them for girls.
The encouragement was sounded yesterday while addressing young mothers at save a mother skills center in Kirabaho-Kabatunda town council in Kasese district, an initiative founded by the Kasese District Woman Member of Parliament.
Her concern followed a fact finding that out of 80 students only one boy was enrolled on the skills centre.Hon. Florence speaking…….
Mr. Edson Kasundi, the coordinator save a mother skills center for Kabatunda commended the legislator for the initiative, but requested her to consider incorporating the PWD’s in her program.

The MP donated sixteen sewing machines to students through cost sharing, and the beneficiaries hailed her for the timely support.

According to Hon. Florence, students in three skilling centers are expected to graduate in August this year. END.
