    Body samples taken by Police from a baby boy suspected poisoned.

    Police in Kasese has taken body samples to the National government laboratory from the three weeks old baby boy who is suspected to have been poisoned in Kuruhe village in Buhuhira subcounty as investigations kicks off, Kasese guide radio has learnt.

    Mr. Samuel Kahamba Kambere, the OC/ CID Buhuhira police station in Buhuhira Sub County in Kasese district to the irritated and shocked mourners before burial that police doctors had taken body samples for examination to guide the investigations.

    Mr. Kahamba who sympathized with the bereaved family however asked the community to continue being peaceful as they give in clues that would help police with the investigations. Mr. Kahamba speaks….

    The shocked Buhuhira subcounty Chairperson, Mr. Hudson Musala called for joint efforts by the community and police that would see the suspect brought to book. Mr. Musala speaking…………….

    The Chairperson LC One for Kamusonge village in Buhuhira sub county Mr. Moda Jacob said he had never seen this happen in his life, adding that this could have been an act of drug addiction, alcoholism and rituals Mr. Jacob speaking………

    Earlier, the frustrated and disappointed 14 Year old mother to the deceased who reportedly dropped out of primary four says her baby was in good health but suspects a yet to be identified man she had not given in to her sexual advances, could have been behind the suspected poisoning. END.
