Karambi subcounty Boda-boda riders in Kasese district have embarked on forceful general hygiene operation for their members they allege decline or take long to bathe.
Those talked to by this radio allege that some customers have begun dodging some stages over hygiene related challenges by some irresponsible commercial riders.
