Rt. Rev. Sanctus Lino Wanok, the Bishop of Lira Catholic Diocese, has urged entertainers and bar owners to refrain from playing loud music and organizing concerts during the Lenten period.
Speaking to journalists at his residence in Lira Cathedral Parish, the Bishop emphasized the importance of physical rest for personal productivity, highlighting that partying and spending nights in hangout places are incompatible with the reflective nature of Lent.
