Rt. Rev. Sabino Ocan Odoki, the Bishop of Arua Diocese has called for the appointment of more organized and responsible public servants without which, the community with be served in doubt.
The Bishop was also disappointed that whereas he had invited Rt. Hon. Robina Nabanja as the Chief Guest at the closure of the National Social Communications week in Arua City on Sunday, he received no response to the effect just like for more than thirty MPs from the diocese.
In his speech shortly after Holy Mass at Sacred Heard of Jesus-Ediof Cathedral in Arua city last Sunday, Bishop Sabino also said the Church, a close collaborator of government needs to be appreciated for the fulfilment of the roles by the first Church missionaries in the fields of education, health and moral guidance to the members of the community among others.
