The Ordinary Diocese of Kasese Rt.Rev.Francis Aquirinus Kibira has been hailed for being an exemplary leader in Kasese District.
This was contained in a speech read by the Chairperson G8 Mr. Sunday Peter Kakule on behalf of the chairpersons LC3,s Bukonzo County west during their Quarterly meeting held at Kithoma-Kanyatsi town council headquarters early this week.
The G8 commended Bishop Kibira for being exemplary leader, full of humility, compassion and development focused.
Kakule described G8 as a fruit from a closed meeting with Bishop Kibira with all elected LC3 chairpersons in Bukonzo County west, among which he guided them to unite and preach the gospel of food security and poverty alleviation among others.
