The Bishop of the Diocese of Kasese, Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale has called for collaborated efforts that would see the survival and protection of the institution of the family that is at the risk of being left almost meaningless by the increasing cases of Domestic Violence.
He said the joint efforts are required among the faith based and cultural institutions, counselors, family and clan leaders to protect the institution of family without which, life is at stake.
In his homily while presiding over Holy Mass at Mukole Roman Catholic Church in Kitabu Parish in the Diocese of Kasese where he confirmed 200 Christians into the Catholic Church and opened a Eucharistic Centre, Bishop Kibira asked women to be submissive, respectful and desist from turning into sort of beats against their husbands.

Earlier while presiding over thanksgiving Mass of the 90 year old mother to Fr. Francis Kojo in Nyakiyumbu three village in Bwera subcounty, Bishop who called for prayers to have Mt.
