    Bishop Kibira commended for championing development projects in Kasese town-Mr. Kigutiha

    Mr. Jafali Kigutiha, the FDC boss for central division in Kasese Muncipality has commended the ordinary of Kasese, Rt.Rev.Francis Acquirinus Kibira for championing development projects in Kasese town.

    Kigutiha says Bishop Kibira should be emulated by both political and government leaders for effective service delivery to the local community.

    Speaking to Kasese guide radio last evening at his office in Kasese town, Mr. Kigutiha treasured the ordinary of Kasese for establishing Mt.St.Marys Hospital diocese of Kasese, saying the facility has reduced referral costs.Mr. Kigutiha on development……
