The Bishop Diocese of Kasese Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale has called for exemplary parenting that would see women and the girl child empowered for future contributions.
In his speech shortly after presiding over Holy Mass for the 33rd International prayer for the canonization of the Blessed Fr. Adolph Kolping at Uganda Martyrs Nyakasanga, the Bishop who partly attributed the current family challenges to the un empowered girl child in the past, however argued women against disrespect to husbands as a result of the current empowerment plans.
