Mr. Francis Kithulha, a co-founder Director of Kithulha Cares Initiative, an NGO based in Kasese Municipality, has asked best performers in the 2023 PLE to defend their results by being disciplined and hardworking.
Handing over mattresses and suitcases to the selected beneficiaries from Bulembia and Central divisions schools at a function at Kasese primary school in Kasese Municipalities this afternoon, Mr. Kithulha who pledged to track the performance of the learners, asked parents and guardians not only to pay school dues but guide the mindset of the school going children for better performance.
