Mr. Jafali Kigutiha, the chairperson Local council one for Basecamp lower cell in Kasese Municipality, has urged the public to be more vigilant and security cautious ahead of theluji festivities.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio yesterday in Kasese town, Kigutiha noted that members affiliated to Gaza are reportedly positioning themselves to terrorize people during theliji festivals, saying the public must therefore, keep up the momentum in the fight against theft and closely monitor the surroundings to ensure the tourists are safe.

He said the public should ensure that they report to security agencies any suspicious person, packages or bags.
Kigutiha used part of his speech, urging the business community to tap into opportunities, clear all bushes around Kasese town streets and its suburbs. Mr. Kigutiha two speaking….
