Mr. Safari Martin, the Central Division local council three chairperson in Kasese Municipality has called for more consciousness by road users, drivers and riders during the home return by His Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere slated for next week.
Currently, Rwenzururu Kingdom is in a finance drive for financial support to fund the King’s home coming function, coronation anniversary and purchase of KEEP Resort Hotel owned by the late Gen. James Kazini, the former fearless and celebrated UPDF military officer.
Mr. Safari who was addressing the media at his office, asked Boda-boda riders to celebrate, drink and ride consciously to minimize accidents, as well as encouraging them to plant trees for environmental conservation but also to remind them of the historical home return of the Rwenzururu King.
