Ms. Kruthumu Masika Mosh, the Kasese district acting Inspector of school has called for joint parenting process that would see children guided for a better future.
She was concerned that some fathers and community members were not bothered about the welfare and education of children, leaving them at the mercies of God.
Addressing parents during the 6th promotional ceremony to top of nursery learners at Nadri preparatory school in Kasese municipality yesterday, Mdm.
