Mr. James Baluku Bangyi, a former employ of the Diocese of Kasese attached to Kasese Guide Radio has officially confirmed his candidature for the Local Council Three seat for Kyalhumba Sub-county in Kasese district.
In an interview with our reporter at the official opening of the NUP offices in Bukonzo County East in Kasese yesterday, Mr. James, a member of the National Unity Platform, pledged to head the politics of the subcounty with and for the local community members he says require a hardworking, humble, committed and God fearing leader.

Mr. James highlighted his key priorities, including practical service delivery aimed at improving the livelihoods of the vulnerable persons, including the elderly, PWDs, the youth, women and children who need support. Mr. James speaking……..
