Nyamwamba Division Authorities in Kasese Municipality have temporarily suspended operations of Bam Petrol station in Kisagazi cell along Kasese-Fort portal highway over allegations of, poor building plan.
The area local council three chairperson Mr. Pimako Kasereka, said they had in advance notified Bam Petrol station administration to seek approved building plan but in vain.
Quoting the physical planning act 2010 section 32, Pimako described the temporary suspension of Bam operations as official.

He threatened arrest of Bam petrol station employees that may attempt to defy the division authorities by illegally constructing structures.
