Ms. Annet Babirye, the coordinator for National Union of Women and Girls with Disabilities-Uganda in Kasese district has urged the local community members against emotional talk and actions which she said psychologically break Persons with Disabilities.
In her address to the disability inclusion training held at Movic Hotel in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council yesterday, Ms Babirye said for example shedding tears by anyone who meets a PWD is un necessary but rather politely engage the physically impaired person if he required any help.
She asks members of the community to approach PWDs with love, care and concern than bothering them psychologically with mocking and un necessary sympathies. Ms. Babirye speaking……..

The training attracted participants from the major education institutions and politicians in Bukonzo West Constituency.
