Mr. Paddy Muhindo, the local council three chairperson for Karambi subcounty in Kasese has threatened to deal with local residents of Wachamudomo village, some of whom have dodged the ongoing National population and housing census exercise.
Addressing his voters in Kambukamabwe one village in Karambi Sub County in Kasese district yesterday, Mr. Paddy said he was shocked to learn that two families had refused to give data to the census enumerators, asking them to find alternative nationality than messing up with Uganda’s planning strategies.
According to Mr. Paddy, the yet to be identified family heads, had declined to participate in the exercise over a Christian belief he described as strange. Mr. Paddy speaking1……..
Mr. Paddy who later described informal education as a key factor in guiding the consciousness of the young person, challenged family heads of their responsibility to deal with the discipline of their children, describing parents as the political heads and decisions custodians of their households.
