Residents of Kanyangeya main cell in Kasese Municipality are mourning the death of a 50-year-old man who is alleged to have been killed by an elephant on Lake Rwamushakara in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Locals on condition of anonymity, told our reporter that the deceased Body was secretly picked and buried this morning in Bugoye sub-county, Kasese District.
However, Uganda Wildlife Authority-UWA and Police have not commented about the matter.

Mr. Pimako, who said many people had lost lives after illegal fishing on Lake Rwamushakara, revealed that he has started engaging government to legalize Fishing on the lake in order to minimize deaths.
