The Ordinary of the Diocese of Kasese, Rt. Rev Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale has asked Christians to always be prepared to receive the Sacrament of Eucharist to welcome Christ in their lives.
In his Homily during Holy Mass that also included the blessing of a Presbytery and raising six Catechists to the order of Eucharist ministers at St. Immaculate Conception of Mary-Kitswamba Parish yesterday, Bishop Kibira reminded the lay faithful that Christ is Good Shepherd who loves and cares for his followers whose major roles is to prepare and receive him through the Eucharist. The six Eucharistic ministers includes, Ms Cicilia Kabugho, Mr. Bonny Mbusa, Ms Annah Kabugho, some of the newly commissioned Eucharistic Ministers in Kitswamba Parish, thanked God for this holy role they pledged to executed under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

During Holy Mass, Bishop Kibira was assisted by Rev. Fr. Peter Mubunga Basaliza, his Curate Rev Fr. Godwin Bwambale, Fr. Godfrey Sunday Baluku, Fr. Godfrey Kautha Godfrey, Fr. Francis Mbusa and Rev. Fr. Sunday Augustine Masereka, the General Manager for Uganda Catholic Television among many other priests and the religious who attended. END.
