Pastors and Pastoresses at all levels have been asked to be exemplary spouses who should preach the true meaning of marriage.
Speaking to Kasese radio shortly after a Uganda Baptist Association of churches one day training of pastors and their spouses held at Kisinga Baptist church in Kisinga Town council in Kasese district, Pr. Mark Slone, a Missionary Pastor from USA said there was a likely hood that God’s people were to be misled should his servants fail to be the light of marriage.
Pr. Slone later called for self-respect, appreciation and love for others, forgiveness and reconciliation promotion among married couples if marriage was to be meaningful. Pr. Slone speaking……
The Pastors interviewed said the training had reminded them about their Church and family roles, before pledging to incorporate the training content into their preaching to God’s flock. Some pastors speaking……
Earlier, Pr. Mark Slone who doubles as a Lecturer at the Western Baptist theological college-Uganda asked the trainees to consult about the appropriate Biblical content against homosexuality he says is totally against God and nature. END
