Mr. Moses Bwambale the coordinator for African Heritage Research centre has urged the public to engage in agriculture if they are to fight food insecurity, malnutrition and poverty.
In an interview with our reporter at Trinity Vocational Secondary School in Kyalhumba Sub County in kasese district yesterday, Mr. Moses advised public to grow crops for both food security and family incomes for development.
Moses who asked residents to utilize the rain received this season however warned those living in mountainous areas against bad practices of farming to reduce disasters in the community.
