The Rwenzori Regional Coordinator for Amnesty Commission, Hon. Christopher Kibanzanga has called for urgent plans to have the ADF returnees resettlement centre expanded to ably handle her purpose.
Speaking to the media at the rehabilitation centre based in Kasese Municipality, Hon. Kibanzanga said whereas he appreciates the Presidential initiative to receive, accommodate and settle ADF reporters denouncing rebellion, space at the center was turning small compared to number of former combats returning home.
Hon. Kibanzanga was also concerned that the limited space was depriving breastfeeding mothers from the privacy they deserve.
