Mr. Zephanous Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy Resident District Commissioner in charge of Busongora County has called for police investigations into the absentee staff at Ibuga Health Centre two.
According to the local community members, the health facility is opened at will, forcing patients to walk long distances for medical services in other areas.
Mr. Mubingwa who was on his regular supervision of Government programs in the area, said he later ordered for thorough police investigations into the matter on realizing that the facility in charge was lazy and the community had lost confidence in her.
