Mr. Brayford Kule, a senior clinician at Rukoki health center four I Kasese Municipality in Kasese district has warned community members against bleaching which he partly blames for a number of ailments and other body challenges.
In an interview with Kasese guide radio this week, Mr. Brayford said that most of the ointments applied for bleaching weaken the cells that protect the skin, a condition he described as risky to life.
