A thirty five year old man has reportedly died in River Sebwe in Bugoye sub county, Kasese district.
As Kasese Guide radio waits for an official Police comment, Mr. Clovis Kayiri, a local resident confirmed the information and identified the deceased as Muke Festo, a reported Ex-combatant.
Mr. Kayiri who says the deceased had retired from the UPDF over heart related disease attacks was found lifeless in the waters but that a postmortem would give the cause of his death.
