Kasese Resident District Commissioner, Lt. Joe Walusimbi has threatened to arrest any government leader misusing government property for selfish interest.
Handing over Bicycles to each of the Chairpersons local council ones and twos of the Kasese Municipality at the mayor’s gardens this afternoon, Lt. Walunsimbi was concerned about local political leaders who either handle recklessly or sell bicycles donated by government for selfish interests.
