A delegation of 42 people from Caritas Kasese have left to Kabale Catholic Diocese for an annual general meeting, Guide Radio has learnt.
Rev. Fr. Anyesio Mbusa, the team leader told Kasese Guide Radio that they have taken various stakeholders including polical leaders and civil servants to share experiences about the operationalization of Catholic Church founded projects.
He said the collaboration between the church and government is paramount towards effective service delivery to the local community now that all transactions all managed through banks.

The Project manager for Livelihood and inclusive micro-finance, caritas Kasese, Mr. Francis Kule said sixty groups in Kyalhumba and Kasanga parishes trained by caritas –Kasese will soon get funding from Conrade Hilton foundation. Mr. Francis speaking ……
The senior community development officer Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council, Ms. Zainabu Asimwe told our reporter that so far the first year of the project has been successful, despite the recent interruptions by ADF attacks in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council.
